Such sad news to hear the passing of Frank Field. He had such an impact on our area & we all have great memories of the work that he loved doing. He was such a kind man that had the same beliefs and continued to work so hard on behalf of the Birkenhead Community. ![]()

We will cherish the memories and all of his incredible work. It was a pleasure to work alongside Frank - we will be thinking of his family and loved ones during this time. ❤️We are very sad to bring you the news today that our beloved Frank Field has passed away. After a very long illness, Frank is now at peace. ![]()

Frank was the MP for Birkenhead for 40 years. He loved our town and the people who lived here and he continued to work hard on behalf of the Birkenhead community until the end. In 2018 Frank established Number 7 citizens supermarket and cafe which now has over 1000 members. His lasting legacy to Birkenhead. ![]()

Frank devoted his entire life to achieving fairness, campaigning for welfare reform, against child poverty, low pay, modern day slavery as well as being a champion for the environment. He established Feeding Britain, Cool Earth, The Human Trafficking Foundation and The Foundation Years Trust, amongst other organisations. He achieved so much during his lifetime and his efforts will live on for many years to come. ![]()

Many people will remember Frank strolling round Birkenhead. He always took the time to stop and chat to people in the town and he really loved doing this. Frank will be very sadly missed by many but we know he was always grateful for your love and support. ![]()
